Environmentally Friendly Apartment Community
In 2006 the HG Fenton Company, proud Owner and Management, began work on two major capital improvements on all 11 of its’ communities. Each community, including Bella Del Mar, was fitted with solar panels to provide renewable energy to its’ pools and spas.
To assist in controlling water consumption used to irrigate the landscape, all communities were fitted with a weather-based irrigation controller system. This system is a controller that AUTOMATICALLY adjusts irrigation schedules in response to changing weather or environmental conditions.
Bella Del Mar is involved in doing it’s part in being environmentally aware or “Going Green”. We participate in the city and county of San Diego recycling program. You will find recycle containers located at all four of our trash enclosures. For more information on what you can and cannot place in the recycle containers please contact the Leasing Office. Additionally, as our homes vacate, each home is fitted with fluorescent lighting.
